This Privacy Policy explains how Everline Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates PDF Scanner at https://pdfscan.online (the “Service”). We built the Service around a simple principle: your documents should stay on your device.
PDF and image files you open, scan, edit, convert, or store in the Service are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload your document contents to our servers for processing. Library files are stored in your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB) on your device. Clearing site data, using a private window, or switching devices may remove those files.

We do not require an account to use the core tools. We do not sell your PDF files.
Text recognition (OCR) runs in your browser using a language model that may be downloaded to your device on first use. Document text stays on your device during OCR.
We may display ads through Google AdSense or similar partners. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance. Google’s use of data is described in Google’s Advertising policies. You can manage ad personalization via Google Ads Settings.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a consent banner may ask for your choice before personalized ads are shown, in line with applicable law and Google’s requirements.
