PDF Scanner provides free, browser-based tools to scan, view, edit, convert, and manage PDF documents. Core document processing runs on your device. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

You retain ownership of documents you process. You are responsible for the legality of content you scan or edit. Because processing is local, we generally cannot recover files you delete from your browser storage.
Tools such as signing, redaction (white-out), OCR, and conversion are provided for convenience. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, or professional advice, and “erase” style tools may not securely destroy underlying PDF data.
The Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Those parties have their own terms and privacy policies. App Store / Google Play downloads are subject to those stores’ terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that OCR or edits will be complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everline Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everline Technologies from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
